I'm so confused by the "stimulus" package.
Can someone please explain how this.... (page 14 of 647) is going to "stimulate" the economy...???????

I'll admit that earlier today, I thought Senator Isakson R-GA would vote FOR the stimulus (he fathered the admendment on the homebuyer break) when the vote is forced early next week, but I was relieved . . .
